In the Southwest U.S., cities can feel isolated from each other. So why not send over a friendly invitation to hang out? This originally started as an OOH campaign targeting El Paso’s regional neighbors (Albuquerque/Midland/Odessa), but the client liked the concept so much that they asked to expand it!
